The course is designed to provide the candidate with adequate training to meet the skill standards necessary to exercise the privileges of a JAR professional Licence.
The training satisfies the requirements of JAR FCL 1 AMC 1.160 & 1.165(a) (4) and prepares the candidate for the flight test with an approved examiner.
Revise general handling and skills, provide navigational skills, provide basic radio navigation skills and raise the candidates airmanship skills in the event of an emergency all to a professional standard

Pre Entry Requirements: |

Before commencing a JAR CPL(A) modular course an applicant shall:-
- Be the holder of a PPL(A) in accordance with ICAO Annex 1
- Have completed 150 hours flight time as a pilot of aeroplanes
- Have completed a course of theoretical knowledge training and passed the appropriate examinations at CPL(A) or ATPL(A) level.
(All of this can be achieved at St George Flight Training.)
Training Requirement:
The course comprises 25 hours of dual flight instruction in a single engine Piper Arrow complex aircraft with a retractable undercarriage and variable pitch propellor.
